Stocks Talks provides educational content about financial markets. We do not provide trading calls, tips, portfolio management or personalised investment advice, and no outcome is promised or implied.

Account and access

Course access is granted to a single individual. You may not share, resell, sublicense or transfer your access credentials.

We may suspend or terminate access without refund where we find credential sharing, content piracy or abusive behaviour towards our team or community members.

Intellectual property

All course material — videos, documents, charts, templates and community content — remains the intellectual property of Stocks Talks.

Recording, downloading, redistributing or reproducing any part of the material without written permission is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Payments

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway, subject to their own terms.

Community conduct

Within our community spaces you agree not to:

• Post buy/sell calls, tips or solicit others to trade.
• Promote other paid services, courses or referral schemes.
• Share pirated material or other members' personal information.
• Harass, abuse or discriminate against other members.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stocks Talks is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our content. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or your course access after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
